Automated Appointment Reminders and Confirmation

Shayan Nafisi Updated by Shayan Nafisi

Appointment Confirmation are simple automated SMS, email or voice messages that are sent to patients.

4 days prior to the appointment (default) - an automated appointment confirmation message is sent to patients via text and email

2 days prior to the appointment (default) - an automated appointment confirmation message is sent via voice call/voice message (like a siri voice calling asking them to press 1 to confirm or 2 to cancel) all NON-TEXTING patients. Curogram has a smart AI built-in that recognizes non-texting patients.

- the settings can be fully customized. Most of our clients set them to 4 days and 2 days to give their patients enough time to confirm their appointment and to give the practice enough time to reschedule or fill out their appointment slots.

Please see below an example of the automated appointment confirmation message sent to patient, Michael Hsu by the practice, XYZ Medical Practice/XYZ Family Practice
