How do I turn on/off automated reminder and confirmation calls?

  1. Go to "Settings" (You have to be an account admin).
  2. Go to "Patient Care Journey"
  3. Under "VOICE REMINDERS", you can choose "Inactive" for "Reminder Calls" or "Confirmation Calls"

Note: Turning off confirmation calls will lower the appointment confirmation rate of your practice.
